Operational Support & Oversight (Knowledge of Imports/Exports, Air/Ocean/Road), includes Freight Forwarding, Customs Compliance & Risk Management
Sales & Marketing Strategy, Support & Actioning together with the existing Sales Management & Team
Finance: Knowledge of basic business management in regards to Income Statements, Cash Flow, Budgetary Forecasts & Planning
Report to senior management on performance and key issues
Facilitate interdepartmental coordination and represent the company externally
Strategic Growth: Drive branch growth through strategic planning, risk management, and exploring new market opportunities
Conduct staff performance reviews, recruit, and ensure continuous learning & development of staff

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Tertiary Qualification preferred (Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Financial Management)
Minimum 15 years' experience in a Clearing & Forwarding agency environment, Senior Management Knowledge & Experience
