Full Job Description

Delivers effective administrative support and takes initiative in managing projects
Expert in coordinating the MD’s schedule, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate documentation
Adept at planning meetings, recording detailed minutes, and ensuring timely distribution
Experienced in arranging logistics and travel, including support for personal itineraries
Demonstrates strong skills in financial reconciliation and report generation, particularly with invoicing and data accuracy
Exercises utmost discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications with advanced proficiency
Performs well under pressure and consistently meets tight deadlines with composure
Keeps filing systems well-organized and produces professional, high-quality documents and presentations

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Tertiary Qualification preferred (Higher Certificate Secretarial or related field)
5-7 years' experience
South African citizen
Code B driver’s license and own transport
Primarily office-based with occasional travel
Must be available outside regular office hours and able to respond on short notice
Required to handle personal matters and errands as needed
