Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the main point of contact for all client-related matters.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs.
Ensure smooth coordination of import/export shipments via air, sea, and road.
Monitor the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely clearance and delivery.
Work closely with operations teams to resolve issues proactively.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop account plans focused on long-term growth and client satisfaction.
Ensure retention of high-value clients by exceeding service expectations.
Track shipment KPIs (e.g., delivery times, demurrage avoidance, customs delays).
Provide detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas of concern.
Use data to drive efficiency improvements and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, finance, compliance, and operations to deliver seamless client service.
Participate in tender processes and solution design for strategic accounts.
Ensure account strategies align with the company’s broader commercial goals.
- Minimum Requirements

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Tertiary Qualification advantageous (Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Trade & Transport)
Minimum 5 years experience in a Clearing & Forwarding agency environment
