Oversee and manage full-cycle ocean freight import shipments
Coordinate with carriers, customs agents, and warehouse teams
Ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported goods
Prepare and verify import documentation (BLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Provide outstanding customer service and shipment visibility

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Minimum 5 - 10 experience in a Clearing & Forwarding agency environment
Preferred experience: clearing and forwarding, ocean imports, Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and freight documentation, Excellent communication and organizational skills
