Tracking Data Integrity – ≥95% tracking data accuracy and resolved discrepancies within 24 hours.
WIRE Data Accuracy – 100% of WIRE data errors identified and corrected daily.
Daily/Monthly Reporting Compliance – All reports submitted accurately and on time.
Team KPI Compliance – ≥90% of Road Loadings Team members meet their individual KPIs.
Query Resolution Time – Average time to resolve data and logistics queries is under 24 hours.

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Tertiary Qualification preferred (Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Trade & Transport)
Minimum 6-10 experience in a roadfreight operational environment
Preferred experience: Key account management with strong ability to build good customer relationships. Solid Excel skills. Excellent communication skills. Staff management experience. Stock management skills. Road loadings experience.
Must be willing to travel 4 times a year for a few days at a time to various places in Africa and South Africa
