Full Job Description

Key Focus Areas:
• Manage warehouse inventory, stock records, and regular stock counts
• Monitor storage conditions and coordinate packing of goods
• Manage logistics documentation, tracking, and POD processes
• Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and clients to resolve queries
• Coordinate insurance administration, claims, and policy updates
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, and payment processes
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely completion of logistics activities
• Assist with compliance, audits, and operational reporting

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
Tertiary Qualification (Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Trade & Transport)
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a logistics environment
