Key Focus Areas:
• Lead and execute the company's commercial and business development strategy to achieve short- and long-term revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, senior stakeholders, and strategic partners to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop new markets, expand existing accounts, and negotiate contracts that support sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Management to align commercial objectives and deliver business outcomes.
• Manage, monitor, and report on commercial performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement strategic partnerships and joint venture opportunities.
• Prepare compelling business proposals, tenders, and presentations to secure new contracts.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to commercial teams.
• Keep Directors and Executives informed of market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years relevant Freight Forwarding experience in sales with management experience
• Have extensive knowledge of different sales and marketing aspects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to read and interpret financial information, including budgets, financial statements, and P & l DATA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to create and implement strategies
• Ability to work within a target driven and pressured environment
• Excellent leadership skills
