Key Focus Areas:
• Drive transport cost control, profitability and operational efficiency through accurate financial and operational analysis.
• Own the integrity of transport data across TMS, ERP and related systems to support informed business decisions.
• Monitor and analyse key transport KPIs including fuel, fleet utilisation, route profitability, cost per kilometre and on-time delivery.
• Produce dashboards, management reports and performance insights to support continuous improvement.
• Act as the subject matter expert for transport systems, identifying process improvements, data gaps and training requirements.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, payroll inputs, invoicing, purchase orders, reporting standards and operational governance.

Minimum Requirements:
• 8–10+ years' experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding or fleet operations.
• Strong background in transport cost analysis, operational reporting and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (Power BI advantageous).
• Solid understanding of transport operations, fleet management, route costing and commercial performance.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded, with the ability to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance and payroll teams while maintaining high levels of data accuracy and compliance.
