Key Focus Areas:
• Provide exceptional customer service by managing a portfolio of sea freight customer accounts and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the shipment process for reefer exports (perishables)
• Ensure the accurate and timely coordination of export documentation
• Maintain compliance with shipping line and regulatory requirements,
• Resolve customer queries efficiently, and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality logistics solutions while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Clearing & Forwarding agency environment
• Perishables exports experience (seafreight)
• Excellent customer liaison skills (client facing from time to time)
