Key Focus Areas:
• Roadfreight import and export experience
• Arrange and manage transporter bookings
• Process import and export entries
• Prepare quotations for clients
• Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and transporters

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 experience in a Clearing & Forwarding agency environment
• Preferred experience: roadfreight
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good communication and people skills
• Basic problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well as part of a team
