Key Focus Areas:
• Manage and service an allocated portfolio of insurance clients (short term commercial & personal insurance)
• Actively source, develop, and secure new business opportunities (leads are generated within the business)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct client reviews and risk assessments
• Provide tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals
• Negotiate terms with insurers and underwriting partners
• Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation (own administration)
• Assist with claims support and resolution if and where required

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Senior Certificate equivalent
• Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in a similar role
• RE5
• FAIS compliance
• NQF Level 4/5 in Short-Term Insurance or other with an interest to pursue a career in insurance
